“Her eyes have been reshaped with blepharoplasty (eye lid surgery) to give deeper hallowed setting look. It appears she’s also had botox to the forehead and crow’s feet around the corner of her eyes,” Dr. Sayed said.
“Megan has also most likely had subtle lip fillers using Juvederm or Restylane as well as fillers to the apples of the cheeks to give her that plumper look. Her nose shows signs of rhinoplasty with corrective refinement to the tip and a narrower bridge of the nose,” Dr. Sayed revealed, adding that the longtime wife of Brian Austin Green “appears to have had vaneers to give her that perfect smile!”

Adam Schaffner, MD, FACS, has also not worked on Fox. However, the NYC-based surgeon told RadarOnline.com that, although differences may be due to lighting, camera angles and/or makeup, “Megan has very few imperfections such as wrinkles or pigmentation. This may be due to the use of good sunblock and moisturizer. It may also be due to the use of Botox, fillers and/or skin care products.”
Lastly, Dr. Schaffner said, “Megan may also have had a skin resurfacing procedure such as a chemical peel or laser resurfacing. In my opinion, she looks great!”
