The run-down property has furniture and garbage piled up outside, and, a source said, Letourneau refuses to speak with neighbors.
The filthy property is right next door to a home deemed unsafe by the Fire Marshal.
Letourneau has become a recluse and usually stays holed up in the squalid four-bedroom home, where Faulaau also lives.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the former schoolteacher sparked controversy in 1996 when it emerged she had an affair with then-13-year-old student Faulaau. She was 34 at the time.
The pair eventually married, but they recently decided to end their 12-year-marriage.
However, as RadarOnline.com recently reported, the mother-of-six, now 56, and Faulaau, 34, managed to set aside their differences and are now back together.
Letourneau was jailed twice for her sexual relationship with Faulaau, with whom she has kids, and remains on the sex offender’s register in Washington.
“Mary Kay always just wanted to settle into a normal life with Vili,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
“Mary Kay is constantly on edge when she’s out in public,” noted the source. “When she does venture out she is always looking over her shoulder, thinking people have recognized her in the street.”
