Carey, 48, put on a busty display as she went to the star studded bash at the 'The Reserve' nightclub on Saturday evening in Los Angeles.
She was seen putting on some PDA with her dancer boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, 34, at the birthday party.
Carey wore a skintight plunging black mini dress showing off her famous ample assets. RadarOnline.com reported how she has lost over 30lbs.
Actor Jamie Foxx, 50, was also at the party although there was no sign of Katie Holmes.
Mariah and Jamie both wished Mayweather a happy 40th birthday as they greeted the assembled crowd.
