Menounous dressed casual in black overalls as she grabbed a cool drink in Hollywood as the temperatures soared.
The 39-year-old is still recovering from a seven-hour operation to remove a golf-ball-size brain tumor last year.
And she looked in good spirits as she was joined by her fiancé Kevin Undergaro as the pair took a stroll together.
The couple were joined by a male friend as all three enjoyed a laugh in the California sunshine.
Menounous had previously revealed that her brain tumor was 'the best thing that ever happened to me.'
She said: "It's freed me from all of that anxiety of having to be perfect,' she said. 'You can't control everything; leave it to God and just say, "Okay, this is my journey." This whole thing has been such a gift. This happened for a reason."
After dating for nearly two decades, Kevin proposed to Maria in March 2016 while the Miss America Pageant judge was being interviewed on their shared favorite radio production, The Howard Stern Show.
