Bookout’s Ooltewah, Tennessee home went on the market for $370,000 on July 25, 2018. She purchased the abode on July 22, 2016 for $329,990, according to Trulia.
The single-family home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The home is often featured on episodes of Teen Mom OG. The Ashley’s Reality Roundup was the first to report on the for-sale home.
The news comes after fans speculated Bookout is pregnant with her fourth child. She is mother to Jayde, 3, and Maverick, 2, with her husband. She is also mother to Bentley, 9, from a previous relationship with ex Ryan Edwards.
The rumors started when Bookout appeared to have a baby bump in a photo with Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry.
“Did I miss something? Or Is Maci pregnant?” one commenter wrote, as a second said, “Maci is pregnant!” A third user wrote, “Maci looks very pregnant.” Another fan said, “Maci is either pregnant or needs to throw that shirt out ASAP.”
