The clerk of court for Hamilton County exclusively confirmed to Radar that the restraining order protecting Maci, Taylor and their two children Jayde, 3, and Maverick, 2, is still in place for two years. The last filing was in May.
On the Teen Mom OG season finale, Ryan’s mom Jen told Maci he wants to “sit down and talk.” “He wants to work things out where ya’ll can communicate and get along,” Jen said. “He’s very sorry about a lot of stuff. He wants the sober Ryan to feel like he matters.” Maci responded, “I love you both and Ryan. That will never ever go away.”
Maci said of the restraining order, “I will call my attorney and ask, but the restraining order shouldn’t stop us from talking and meeting with each other and doing counseling and stuff.”
Radar obtained a copy of the order, which was filed in May 2018. Ryan is currently restrained from coming within a distance of 100 feet of Taylor, Maci and their children. He is also refrained from communicating with them. “He has left voicemail messages to show up at my house and take my son,” she claimed. “He has made threats to show up and hurt me if I don’t answer my phone.” She claimed he showed up to their son’s game “under the influence of heroin.”
As for Taylor, he claimed Ryan threatened to “put a bullet in his head.”
Ryan was issued a citation in March 2017 for simple possession of heroin. Police confiscated 14 hypodermic needles. One needle contained heroin. He checked into rehab after his May 2017 wedding where he was filmed falling asleep at the wheel and slurring his words. He left treatment after 21 days instead of 30.
Then in March 2018, he was arrested for petition to revoke after failing a drug test in January 2018. He tested positive for opiates and morphine in a urine sample. He was arrested again in July 2018 for breaking probation from a past possession of heroin charge. He was sentenced in both cases.
But has Ryan changed? Radar broke last week that Ryan was busted on the hookup app Tinder. In the text messages verified by Radar, Ryan sent dirty messages and penis photos to a woman. The woman claimed they had sex without a condom at her home. The father-of-two also asked the woman if she “f**ks with blow,” which is slang for cocaine.
But his wife Mackenzie continues to stand by his side despite his many scandals, as they posed for family Christmas photos together.
