Maci Bookout is making sure her troubled baby daddy Ryan Edwards comes nowhere near her family. The Teen Mom OG star’s husband Taylor McKinney requested an Order of Protection against Edwards after his arrest.
In the court docket obtained from Hamilton County Circuit Court, McKinney asked for Bookout, her son Bentley, 9, with Edwards, and their children Jayde, 2, and Maverick, 1, to be protected.
They are set to appear in front of a judge on Monday, April 2 at 1:30pm. The Ashley’s Reality Roundup was the first to break the story.
The protective order comes after Edwards, 30, was arrested for petition to revoke, which means breaking probation, on a past simple possession of heroin charge. “He was held on $5,000 bond,” a spokesperson for Hamilton County Jail in Tennessee exclusively told Radar. “He was bonded out at 10:15pm.”

The arrest came just one day after it was announced that Edwards and his wife Mackenzie are expecting their first child together. She is also mother to son Hudson, 4, with ex-husband Zach Stephens.
Edwards was caught on camera slurring his words and falling asleep at the wheel while driving to his May wedding. After the scene aired, he went to rehab for heroin abuse.
Bookout, 26, refused to allow their son Bentley to go to Edwards' home unless he passed a drug test. She eventually let Edwards to see their son under the condition that his parents Jen and Larry supervise the visits.
