Not a care in the world!
The Real Housewives of New York star looked amazing in a black bikini on the beach in Miami Feb 12, 2019.
De Lesseps received a warning from her probation officer, according to a document from the Florida Department of Corrections, claiming the reality star failed to submit random sobriety tests and also did not prove that she has been attending two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings each week.
“We have been notified that this offender is in noncompliance with one or more conditions of supervision. She was to complete 2 AA/NA meetings per week, per her New York Probation Officer. She has failed to provide documentation that she is following that special condition," a letter to the case’s judge stated.
De Lesseps parole officer reportedly stated that she has not followed through on the terms in the six months she has been monitored.

Sporting a floppy hate to shade her face from the sun, de Lesseps was all smiles.
She doned a one-piece semi-midriff baring suit.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, de Lesseps was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida, on Christmas Eve 2017 after a boozy bender in which she trespassed in a hotel room and locked herself in a bathroom.
The scene exposed on video was wild as de Lesseps threatened a police officer when she was taken into custody, shouting, “Don’t touch me. I’m going to kill you. I’ll kill you! I will kill you!”
She avoided jail time with a plea deal in July 2018. She pleaded guilty to disorderly intoxication, trespass and battery.
The star's plea arrangement was transferred from Florida to New York State, where she currently lives.
Then, in July 2018 she went to rehab just to leave the program only weeks later to resume her cabaret tour.
However, it appears de Lesseps has put her criminal past behind her.
“I feel like I’ve gotten past it,” de Lesseps has shrugged about her arrest.
