Vonn suffered a debilitating crash while dating Woods, knocking her off the ski circuit for months, and she admitted how tough her life became in her book. "That winter and spring I suffered many dark days as I wrestled with my current reality.”
In with the new, out with the old! The Olympic athlete cozied up to Smith as she sent a message to Woods that she had moved on.
Woods could barely stand when he was arrested on May 29, 2017. He released a statement about the event, saying: “I understand the severity of what I did and I take full responsibility for my actions. I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved. What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. I didn’t realize the mix of medications had affected me so strongly.”
