Keeping up with the Kardashians star Kylie Jenner is definitely keeping up with her older sister Kim Kardashian when it comes to total-body transformation! The 18-year-old makeup and media mogul was photographed on a red carpet this week looking puffier than ever before and, according to several top plastic surgeons, her new look seems to be the result of even MORE plastic surgery! Jenner showed off her ever-changing face this week at a New York City event. "Well her lip augmentation is famous, so we know that she’s done lip fillers," said celebrity plastic surgeon, Dr. Susan Evans "It is most likely hyaluronic acid."

"But her cheek bones look augmented also," Dr. Evans, who has not treated Jenner, said. "Her forehead looks smooth, with elevated, augmented eyebrows like Botox creates."

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Sheila Nazarian agreed with her colleague, Dr. Evans: "Kylie has had quite a lot of lip filler. In my opinion she has achieved a sexier but older look with lip augmentation."
