And when Khloe, 34, said during the episode that the 63-year-old momager’s house was “breathtaking,” she was not at all kidding!
Click through 7 spectacular photos of Kris’s new crib as RadarOnline.com exclusively reveals all there is to know about this stunning $12 million palace!
SWANKY!
Kris shelled out $12 million for this ultra-modern mansion inside the secluded and prestigious Madison Club, a super swanky golf development in La Quinta, Calif. Being the business woman that she is, Kris purchased the home in 2018 after talking them down from the original asking price of $15 million.
KEEPING COOL!
The single story mansion sits on an acre of land with more than 11,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space. In addition, the property boasts another 3,500 square feet of outdoor living space.
BEDROOM FOR EVERY KID!
Kris’ palatial palace has a total of seven bedrooms, three of which are master suites. Although four of the bedrooms are considered to be guest suites, the home has a total of eight full bathrooms and four half bathrooms. Surely, son Rob Kardashian has shacked up in Kris’s new pad!
KEEPING WARM!
For those cold desert nights, the home also has four masonry fireplaces, which were definitely not needed for the bikini-clad housewarming party that took place on the KUWTK season premiere.
ADDED LUXURIES!
As if that were not enough, the home also features automated shears and black out shades over all of the windows, as well as a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system.
PARTY TIME!
The entertainment area accommodates multiple lounging areas, a party-sized wet bar and a couple of stunning chandeliers.
SERENITY!
At the end of the day, the busy momager clearly wants her serenity and this home offers just that! The entire home boasts sunset and mountain views over a mirror-like surface of a 100-foot-long infinity-edged swimming pool, which acts as a reflective surface for the spectacular desert sunsets!
