According to a source close to the Kardashian clan, they rekindled their romance while in Miami earlier this month, and it is steamier than ever. Disick, 32, and Kardashian, 37, turned up the heat this past week while vacationing with family in Miami! As fans of KUWTK know, the parents to Mason, 6, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 1, split last year over Disick's ongoing issues with substance abuse.

Kardashian and Disick were spotted backstage at Kanye West's concert looking affectionate. According to the source, "Kourtney said that her and Scott really reconnected on this trip." Indeed, they went through a breakup and make up once before in Miami back in 2010!

After checking into rehab for treatment, Disick "has finally got his sh*t together," the source told RadarOnline.com.

Kardashian recently revealed that she would like more children and RadarOnline.com has learned that the two are taking the necessary steps to make that happen! "They did have a lot of sex on the trip and have been having sex for months now," said the source.
