Kourtney Kardashian is weighing in at an ultra-scrawny 98 pounds, and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively she wants to drop at least another ten – even though boyfriend Younes Bendjima is begging her to put some weight ON. Check out Kourtney’s diet and exercise regime in this RadarOnline.com gallery.
While her sister Khloe deals with being a new mother, and Kim deals with her hubby Kanye West’s social media meltdown, Kourtney, who turned 39 in April, and is now one year away from the big 4-0, says she is “in a sort of mood to try more things” – including lots more nude photo shoots.
And in her desire to look good naked, Kourtney has completely upended her lifestyle.
According to friends, Kourtney, “takes collagen supplements, daily probiotic shots and apple cider vinegar, which she believes speeds up metabolism, and everything is twice a day.”
“She’s obsessed with portion control and eating only ‘clean food,’” a source told RadarOnline.com.
The source says the eldest Kardashian sister also drinks a gallon of water each day.
