Dr. Zara Harutyunyan of L.A.’s Cosmetic Rejuvenation did not treat Kardashian, but after seeing several before and after photos told RadarOnline.com, “Kourtney might have undergone a Brazilian butt lift OR has had a few treatments of sculptra which is a proprietary formulation of poly--lactic acid used to stimulate collagen.”
“Sculpta is designed to work gradually over a series of an average of three treatments, which is what Kourtney has possibly done,” added Dr. Harutyunyan.
America’s Holistic Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Anthony Youn, agreed with his west coast colleague. Although he, too, did not do work on Kardashian, he told RadarOnline.com, “Kourtney's buttocks appear to have enlarged and rounded out!”

“I suspect that she may have undergone injections of a filler like Sculptra, which is becoming more and more common,” Dr. Youn said.
“This temporary enhancement lasts two years or more and can be done without any real downtime. She definitely looks shapely,” Dr. Youn added.
NYC Triple Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Adam Schaffner – who also did not treat Kardashian – believes the reality star beauty may have enhanced her look with non-surgical techniques! “It is not obvious that any surgery was performed. The differences seen may be due to position, changes in weight, muscle mass and/or volumizing procedures such as fat transfer (aka Brazilian Butt Lift) and/or butt implants,” Dr. Schaffner told RadarOnline.com.
