Kody Brown's plan to sell his Las Vegas, Nevada homes for profit and move to Flagstaff, Arizona is backfiring. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Sister Wives stars' desperate attempt to sell their three homes after Kody's open house appearance didn't work.
As Radar readers know, Kody made an appearance at the open house of Meri, Christine and Janelle's homes on March 9 to 10 in an effort to attract potential buyers.
But the plan backfired, as Christine cut the price of her home by $15,000 only three days later on March 13, 2019. The home is now listed for $599,900.
The house was originally listed for sale in July 2018 for $675,000. It was then cut to $649,000 in September 2018, $639,000 in November 2018 and $614,900 in January 2019.
Janelle's home was also lowered in price on March 13. The home was originally listed for sale in October 2018 for $649,000. It was lowered to 599,900 in January 2019 and then finally $574,900.
Now, Radar can reveal Meri's home is the latest property to be slashed in price. On March 26, 2019, the home was cut $25,000, making the asking price $574,900. It was originally listed for sale in January 2019 for $599,900.
