Andy Cohen was quick to point out that Kim Zolciak’s face has changed dramatically since her days on the Real Housewives of Atlanta — but the reality star was quick to disagree! Soon after, she changed her mind. “Everything’s kind of changed!” she confessed, but explained that “If she’s gonna have a nose job, it’s gonna be a hell of a lot shorter, ok?”

Later in the show, Cohen asked “is it possible that your lips have gotten bigger since I last saw you?” To which Zolciak insisted that she hadn’t “done them in a while.” Cohen didn’t buy her excuse.

"Yes, you have,” he insisted. “Sweetie, you need to stop.” Then, Zolciak explained the filler she used lasts for two years. Yet, she met with a surgeon over the summer and was spotted with larger lips shortly after.

Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated Zolciak, told RadarOnline.com that he believes she underwent a rhinoplasty and had cheek fillers. Dr. Zara Harutyunyan also told RadarOnline.com that she believes Zolciak has had Botox and radio frequency procedures. She added that it is possible that the mom-of-six has also had a chin implant, liposuction and a breast augmentation.
