Kim Richards Spotted For The First Time Since Dramatic Arrest For Public Intoxication

Kim Richards isn't afraid to show her face after a scandal, or an arrest for that matter. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was spotted just hours after she was booked on charges of public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer for allegedly making a scene at the Beverly Hills Hotel's famed Polo Lounge.
Kim Richards' shocking arrest has put her already distressed family into full crisis mode.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was drinking at the infamous Polo Lounge when she became "unruly" and was asked to leave.
"Kim had been drinking vodka tonics all night," a source told RadarOnline.com. "At some point after midnight, the bartender decided that Kim had enough to drink, and refused to serve her."
The reality star left the restaurant but did not leave the hotel. "She eventually locked herself in a bathroom and was refusing to come out and causing a scene," the source told RadarOnline.com. "Cops had to be called at that point."
Richards, who has been adamant that she is sober, was reportedly dragged out of the restroom and taken into custody. While there, she allegedly kicked a police officer.
Following her release, Richards seems unafraid to face the public.
The reality star was on her phone, camouflaging in both a baseball cap and sunglasses.
Despite the warm weather, Richards bundled up as she made her way to the car.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, sister Kyle still refuses to talk to Kim, even after months of silence.
"The whole family has been worried about Kim," a source close to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told RadarOnline.com.
