During her show appearance, Kim Kardashian, 38, opened up about her family life with Kanye West, confirming her excitement over baby number four.
“I was kind of stressing,” Kardashian said. “My house is so full but I heard that parents of four are the most enlightened and calm of all parents.”
She added that while going from one to two kids was a “huge change,” going from two to three didn’t feel too different.
RadarOnline.com readers know Kardashian and West, 41, are recently revealed they are expecting a baby boy via surrogate.
“Saint and North are finally getting along,” Kardashian told Jimmy Fallon, 44.
While her bombshell reveal certainly stunned the audience, it was Kardashian’s flawless skin what fans were looking at.
Earlier this week, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star broke down over her worsening psoriasis, telling a Twitter fan that it was “all over my face.”
Last December she also spoke out about her flareups. “I think the time has come I start a medication for psoriasis. I’ve never seen it like this before and I can’t even cover it at this point. It’s taken over my body,” she tweeted.
And while her face looked clean during her talk with Fallon, a source told RadarOnline.com Kardashian is still spending thousands on plastic surgery to distract her from her crumbling marriage to West!
“She’s looking pretty good so these laser treatments are unnecessary,” an insider said. “But Kim says they make her feel better about herself and that’s why she’s having them.”
