Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were named Vogue's Best Dressed Couple of the Met Gala. But before that, a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com, Kardashian was practically dragged onto the red carpet kicking and screaming in her Balmain!

The mother of North, 2, and 5-month-old Saint West, played it safe last night with a reflective futuristic Balmain gown. She admitted to E! News on the carpet, "I felt everyone was gonna go with silver." Still, she didn't try to stand out. She insisted, "I still really wanted to do it. I thought Balmain was the perfect choice for me and Kanye especially."

But was it her decision or his? According to a source close to the reality star, "Kim was so furious last night that Kanye pressured her to wear that!" Indeed, she looked miserable on the red carpet, and while West launched a happy Twitter rant over their style moment, Kardashian was suspiciously quiet about the night, posting only one photo and a vague.

Despite the accolades that came in the end, "Kim said she felt like she was going to fail big time," the insider told RadarOnline.com.
