The Kardashian cash cow and her 39-year-old Yeezy rapper hubby are still holed up in their NYC pad following her horrific Paris ordeal.
Renovations continue at Kim and Kanye’s $20 million mansion.
A massive manhunt is underway to bring Kardashian's assailants to justice, but in the meantime West has taken matters into his own hands by increasing their security. Next up, the source said, he wants to change their living situation. "If Kanye could have his way right now, he and Kim would build their own island off the coast of California so that she is safe," a source close to the Kardashian clan told RadarOnline.com.
As previously reported, Kardashian and West had planned to move in their $20 million mansion as soon as the massive renovations at the home were complete. "But Kim said she never really felt safe there and she always told Kanye that it was too big and spread out," said the source.
"After Kim was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, Kanye is finally on board with his wife and they are already considering selling the property altogether!"
"Kim and Kanye both really need to feel safe in their new home and are talking about moving into a home with tight security that is not so easily accessible from all sides," the source told RadarOnline.com.
"Kim and Kanye fought so much about this house and Kanye does not want to stress Kim out anymore than she already is by holding his ground on it," the insider added.
