Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally unloaded the Bel Air mansion that they bought in 2013, had completely demolished, and later abandoned. But RadarOnline.com has learned that they finally sold it for much less than their asking price. Did debt and divorce rumors motivate the quickie sale?
Kardashian and West have reportedly sold the property for $18 million, $2 million dollars under the asking price of $20 million. The Tuscan villa was completely gutted, and replaced with a modern monstrosity, which viewers of Keeping Up With The Kardashians saw on Sunday night's episode.
Variety revealed today that it sold in an off-market deal, which is said to be in the final stages.
The mansion was originally 10,000 square feet and Kimye bought it for $9 million in 2013. Showing off the mansion to pal Jonathan Cheban on KUWTK, Kim said , "We tore it down. It's like, insane. The whole house was painted periwinkle."

Cheban gave his approval and told his BFF, "This was a chicken coop you turned into a modern palace...People would sell their children to live in a house like this."
