It's been six months since Lamar Odom's near fatal overdose last October — but has he fallen off the wagon again already? The 36-year-old was caught drinking again just hours after dining out with estranged wife, and caretaker, Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom continue to spend time together in recent months, even going out for a romantic dinner date on Saturday.

But hours later, Odom was reportedly spotted boozing with two male friends at Irish bar Johnny O'Brien in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

Staffers say the group stayed until 1 a.m., just hours before Odom joined the Kardashian family for Easter church.

According to reports, the bar staff confirmed that the former NBA star ordered a total of three drinks, paying for them himself.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the pair's marriage quickly plummeted after saying "I do" in 2009. Khloe has said that Odom's drug use and wandering eye largely to blame for the demise.

Odom, who was hospitalized in October after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, seems to be improving drastically in recent weeks, as Khloe recently shared he's been "doing great" in an interview last month.
