The new mom turned on the style for her date, wearing a Versace-style colorful pant suit that showed off her toned abs.
Her basketball playing beau wore a black and white outfit to compliment Khloe's colorful ensemble.
The couple has been struggling with their relationship since they welcomed their baby daughter True in April 2018.
They have undergone extensive counseling after he allegedly cheated on her with several women.
And as RadarOnline.com reported, she has struggled to forgive him, but has been unable to leave and return to her family.
