Post Divorce Plastic Surgery! Kendra Gets Lip Injections During Spa Day

Wilkinson, 32, smiled for the cameras as she and some friends treated themselves to a cosmetic session at Cosmetic Rejuvenation Medical Center in West Hollywood.
The reality star revealed on Instagram that she was getting some lip injections.
She looked serious as the needle went in, and even captioned the photo, “Scared” before adding a “haha” tag.
Just a day earlier, the former Girls Next Door star posted a personal message on her Instagram account about her current state of mind.
“Been trying to take care of myself lately. My mental, emotional n physical well being,” she wrote. “Kids come first at all time but mama needs some fun rt now.”
Then she confessed, “I need a little kick in the a**.”
Part of that kick has already come in the form of a new hairdo.
As RadarOnline.com revealed, Wilkinson recently debuted her new brunette locks.
“Been wanting to experiment like this for a long time n here it is. So excited for this change but I’ll always stay true to my roots,” she posted on Instagram.
It’s only been a little more than a month since Wilkinson filed for divorce from former NFL star Hank Baskett.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Wilkinson and Baskett, 35, have been having issues for quite some time. In 2015, RadarOnline.com was the first to break the news that Baskett cheated on his wife with a transsexual model.
Since announcing the separation, the former Playmate has been spending more time with her close friends.
