According to an onlooker, Wilkinson picked up her toddler from preschool for an afternoon together.
The mother/daughter pair picked up fast food on their way to the park.
In addition to her problems with former football player Baskett, the star is "stressed" that her WE tv reality show Kendra On Top has not yet been picked up for another season, a source told RadarOnline.com.
"She feels lost without it," the source insisted.
On March 27, Wilkinson posted a series of troubling images to her Instagram story. "Sometimes a hug is all I need," she cryptically wrote.
"Life isn't making any sense to me right now," she lamented to worried followers.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Baskett had a sordid affair with trans model Ava Sabrina London in the summer of 2014. Though Barkett denied any wrongdoing, Wilkinson admitted to being furious about her husband's behavior.
Though they reconciled, the couple continued to have major issues. In August, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Wilkinson and Baskett were spotted fighting in the parking lot of a southern California country club.
