After a multi-year international custody battle, Kelly Rutherford has been reunited with her children in NYC!
Fresh from the airport with her new boyfriend, Tony Brand, Rutherford gets to spend the 4th of July -- and the rest of the summer -- with her kids!
Rutherford has been battling her ex-husband, Daniel Giersch, for years since their divorce.
The estranged couple could not agree on a custody arrangement for their two children, Helena, 6, and Hermes, 8.
They fought endless court battles, and Giersch won the right to have the children live over seas with him, much to Rutherford's dismay.
Rutherford did not give up on getting her kids back.
And she got support from her famous friends.
