Real Housewives of Orange County’s outspoken star Kelly Dodd may not be as real as she wants her fans to think! Two months ago, the 43-year-old reality star told all about her breast reduction, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned from three of the nation’s leading plastic surgeons that her entire face was likely nipped and tucked as well. Click through 7 shocking before and after photos of Dodd to find out why docs believe she’s had a nose job, fillers, Botox, laser resurfacing and more!
When last season ended, Dodd slammed former cast mate Heather Dubrow on social media, telling her to “own” the fact that she may have had a nose job! But according to Dr. Michael Salzhauer aka Dr. Miami, the RHOC beauty needs to cop to her own work. “Kelly Dodd possibly had rhinoplasty, as her tip and bridge look much slimmer now that they did before!”
Although Dr. Miami has not worked on Dodd, he told Radar, “She’s had fillers to add a little extra volume to her upper lip and she’s also had some Botox to the forehead to erase the transverse wrinkles there.”
NYC triple board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Adam Schaffner, agrees that Dodd has likely had fillers. “It appears that her cheeks are fuller which may be due to injectable filler materials such as Restylane or Juvederm or fat transfer,” said Dr. Schaffner, who has NOT worked on Dodd.

But photos speak for themselves, and this photo of Dodd taken prior to her rise to fame suggests she’s had something done!
“Her skin quality also appears improved which may be due to skin treatments such as micro-needling with platelet-rich plasma, and/or laser skin resurfacing,” Dr. Schaffner revealed to Radar.
“It appears to me that she's had some injections of Botox to smooth her forehead, frown lines and crow’s feet. Overall, she looks fantastic,” added Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not worked on Dodd.
