The couple was spotted having some fun on their jet skis together.
Holmes, 40, and Foxx, 51, have been in Miami this week as they get ready to celebrate the New Year together.

The lovebirds enjoyed an adventurous day on Biscayne Bay aboard red and blue jet skis.
The previous day they were spotted kissing one another on a luxury boat as they celebrated with their friends.
Fun loving Katie appeared to cut across Jamie on her jet ski and splash him in the process.
While they enjoyed their romance her ex-husband Tom Cruise was having fun at Disney World in Orlando.
