As Radar reported yesterday, Dennis was awarded joint custody of the kids she shares with baby daddy Ravenel -- daughter Kensie, 5, and son Saint, 3.
The Blast first reported that a South Carolina judge had issued the temporary order regarding custody and child support relating to the former couple's children.
It was a win for Dennis.
She and scandal-plagued Ravenel, who never married, have been long locked in a vicious custody battle, with each demanding to have the children full time.
Now, Family Court documents from South Carolina filed on August 15 and obtained by Radar show that the tumultuous two aren't allowed to drink or ever do illegal drugs around their children.
Either Dennis, 28, or Ravenel, 57, can request a drug and alcohol screening, called an ETG test, at any time, the legal papers also reveal.
The court documents read, "Either parent may request ETG testing of the other at any time when the parent has the children (for example - at the end of their parenting time)."
In a stunning ruling, it said they need to inform one another of the test request in writing, and need to take the test "within 24 hours of the request with Dr. DeHaven."
"The Court shall retain the right to mandate alcohol and/or drug testing at any time" and the two "will be required to provide the results to the Court."
Dennis lost custody of the children in 2016 but recently regained parental rights following her stint in rehab.
The explosive court docs also show that the two aren't allowed to trash talk each other or have others do so.
In addition, Dennis and Ravenel, who is embroiled in other uncomfortable legal issues, can't have sleep overs with romantic partners when they have the kids -- and the children can’t call their parents' boyfriends or girlfriends "mother" or "father."
The legal order has banned them "From exposing the children to any violent or profane language, materials, conduct" and "From exposing the children to any age inappropriate movies, video/computer games and websites."
The sexy reality TV star and ex-politician were told by the court they can't harm, harass, molest, threaten, or intimidate the other, their family or their friends, in any manner whatsoever.

Dennis had two kids with much older former boyfriend Ravenel, but things all unraveled between them, as Southern Charm fans know!
Ravenel had demanded that Dennis be stripped of custody of their children.
Not So Fast
However, a South Carolina judge ruled last week that the two will share joint custody -- with Ravenel being the primary legal custodian.
The judge said Ravenel and his ex-galpal must continue to use the co-parenting app called Our Family Wizard as "the primary method of communication regarding matters concerning the children."
Court docs also show that the flame-haired beauty and Ravenel, who left Southern Charm after scandal, need to attend "a minimum of three co-parenting sessions with a counselor."
The filing exposed that Dennis has agreed "to begin cognitive behavioral therapy with Louisa Storen," a South Carolina-based clinical social worker and therapist.
Dennis' parenting time was set by the court. She will get her son and daughter by Ravenel every other Thursday to Monday--and every Thursday to Friday in the off week.
According to the legal papers, pick up and drop off for Ravenel and Dennis "shall be at the children's school."
In a big victory for Dennis, the court order stated that she won't be required to have supervised visitation with little Kensie and Saint.
The filing disclosed that both Ravenel and her ex are banned "From consuming any alcohol or abusing prescription drugs when he or she has the children" and "From using illegal drugs at any time."
Also, the former politician and Dennis were barred by the court "From allowing any individual with whom he/she is romantically involved to stay with them on an overnight basis when they have custody of the children."
No Trash Talk
Dennis and Ravenel's fraught relationship stunned Southern Charm viewers, but now, the court has prohibited them "From denigrating, disparaging, or criticizing the other parent in the presence of the children or within earshot of the children."
The battling parents were warned in the court papers against "embroiling the children in the parties' differences; from communicating with the other through the children; from alienating or attempting to alienate the children's affections from the other parent; and from allowing other persons from doing any of these acts in the presence of or within earshot of the children."
Social Media Warning
According to the legal documents, Dennis and Ravenel were also told not to disparage, denigrate, defame, and/or make negative remarks about the other on social media and/or use other parties to do so on their
