First Photos: Kate Spade's Body Taken From Death Scene After Shocking Suicide

Kate Spade was found dead from apparent suicide on Tuesday morning and RadarOnline.com has obtained bone-chilling first photos of the fashion icon's body being taken out on a gurney. In the graphic images, the late mogul can be seen carried by authorities in a white body bag and loaded into the coroners van. Click through for more.
At 1:15 EST, a medical examiner arrived on the scene, and at 2:03, coroners and detectives brought the body out of her Park Avenue apartment, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
Kate was only 55 at the time of her tragic passing.
A RadarOnline.com reporter at the scene witnessed many unidentified people coming in and out of the building as the chaos ensued.
According to reports, the fashion icon took her own life by hanging herself with a red scarf tied to a doorknob inside her Manhattan Park Avenue bedroom. She was found by her housekeeper on June 5, 2018.

“On Tuesday, June 5, at approximately 10:20 hours, police officers responded to a 911 call of an unconscious person…in the 19th precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 55-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive,” the New York Police Department told RadarOnline.com in a statement.
“EMS responded, pronounced the unconscious female deceased. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing.”
Kate Spade is survived by entrepreneur husband Andy Spade, 55, and their daughter Frances Beatrix, 13.
