Kate Hudson just suffered a major wardrobe malfunction while on the set of her new Sia film Sister, with co-star Maddie Ziegler, RadarOnline.com has learned. The two – while in character – seemed to be struggling during an outdoors scene in a Los Angeles park, when Hudson's skirt flew up and ended up flashing her toned booty. The incident happened while the 38-year-old was reaching out to Ziegler, 14, who lay on the ground.
