This Wednesday, the two were looking casual while on their way to church — days after Bieber was spotted crying over ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez!

After doctors informed her of her low blood cell count, the "Fetish" singer had a panic attack that landed her in the hospital. She is currently receiving treatment for her physical and mental issues.

While she has yet to speak about the scary incident, sourced told RadarOnline.com that Gomez's meltdown was also triggered by Bieber and Baldwin's marriage, as well as by Demi Lovato's overdose.
Bieber looked devastated in shocking photos following his ex's breakdown, as did Baldwin, who was clearly trying her best to support her hubby.
Just days prior, however, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Bieber was having some difficulties staying true to his gorgeous wife. A source said the "Sorry" singer even hired himself some church goons to keep him from cheating on Baldwin!
