The Oscar-winning actress has been plagued with rumors of marriage trouble, and a source close to her told RadarOnline.com that her husband of 13-years has been noticeably absent from their home lately.

"Danny hasn't been at the house several times recently when Julia is there with the kids," the source said about the 47-year-old's husband.

The mom to 10-year-old twins Hazel and Finn and 8-year-old Henry, Roberts is a doting parent. "Julia talks about the kids nonstop, but when Danny isn't there she doesn't talk about him," the source revealed.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, moving trucks were spotted outside their home. "It seemed odd or like a weird coincidence that Danny wasn't there at the house," the source told RadarOnline.com.
