On the market! Julia Roberts lists her Hawaiian getaway estate for a whopping $30 million. See inside!
Julia Roberts decided to drop her Hawaiian home for a whopping $30 million.
Off the northern shores of Hanalei, the plantation-era estate is fit for any rustic family.
Perhaps that’s why the A-list star decided to drop the country bumpkin home.
An early 20th century sugar executive once owned the quaint six-bedroom cottage.
It sits on 2 acres of land on Kauai's north shore.
According to reports, Roberts and husband Danny Moder originally purchased the home for $14 million in 2011.
Lucky for you, Roberts is also renting the home for (at least) $1,500 per night.
The home is just 200 feet from a private beach.
Too bad you won’t be spending your vacay with Julia!
