Jackson, 20, took a photo in front of the famous “Welcome To Fabulous Las Vegas Nevada” sign. “I took an impulse 48-hour trip to visit my Las Vegas native gal Madyson and be inspired by her artsiness, love for Jesus, heart for her home in **salvation city** (a place so full of artificial light it can be seen from space -NASA), and eat those In-n-out burgers that west coasters rave about,” she captioned the snap. “I’m thankful for my Nevada sister!”
After visiting Trevi Fountain, Eiffel Tower and New York City replicas in Las Vegas, Jackson plans to travel more! “Knocked out a little worldwide travel within a few blocks over the weekend ... now I’m ready for a trip to the REAL Trevi fountain, NYC, and Eiffel Tower. Anyone up for a weekend trip?”
Although Duggar’s wife Lauren Swanson traveled with the family to Australia before their engagement, it appears they have only been to Silver Dollar City, Missouri since their June 30 wedding. They have not disclosed if they've went on their honeymoon yet.
Jackson ended her courtship with Duggar in 2015 after four months together. Since then, she has been breaking many Duggar rules. She currently attends John Brown University. None of the Duggar children have attended college. Matriarch Michelle Duggar revealed the children take courses through College Plus, which is an online course program.
Jackson has also broken the Duggar dress code by wearing jeans, shorts and mini dresses instead of long skirts.
Jackson has also traveled to California, El Salvador, New York, Israel, Dominican Republic, Florida and more.
She is also very career-driven, as she is the author of Devoted: A Girl’s 31-Day Guide to Good Living With A Great God and works at charity Compassion International.
Duggar told People of the failed courtship in March 2016, “Marjorie and I had a good time together. We were just trying to follow God’s lead on everything. She didn’t feel that it was the right timing then, so we called it quits for a bit.”
