On Monday, moving trucks, allegedly for Depp, were spotted outside the couple's shared residence in downtown Los Angeles.

But according to the New York Daily News, the actor's sly move violates Heard's recent restraining order.

"It's trespassing. It's against the restraining order. She has exclusive use of the property," an insider told the publication.

Employees for the actor reportedly entered the apartment while Heard was out of town traveling, packing up the 53-year-old's belongings including clothes, wall hangings and other items.
