Simpson, 38, and her hubby, Eric Johnson, were spotted strolling in New York City on July 31.
The former Weight Watchers spokeswoman once admitted her weight often fluctuates and she's been "every size" over the years.
The business mogul's 38-year-old husband is appreciative of her figure. "He's always loved every curve on my body, and we've always had a healthy sex life," Simpson once boasted.
Hours her date night with Johnson, Simpson donned a short dress and headed out into the Big Apple.
The mother of two lost a whopping 50 pounds after she gave birth to her first child, Maxwell, in 2012. She was also able to shed weight after having her second boy, Ace, the following year.
