Ben and Jen were spotted together again just days after the release of her scathing Vanity Fair interview, where she ripped into him and their scandalous nanny. Click through RadarOnline.com's gallery of the couple's confrontation at an Oscar night after party.
Garner is the Vanity Fair cover girl for March and she lashed out at Affleck for the "scandal" with the nanny in an accompanying interview. But the estranged couple were spotted together again at the magazine's famous Oscar night bash on February 28, 2016.
Affleck, 43, and Garner, 43, attended the Academy Awards separately, but it was at the Vanity Fair party that they were reunited. According to an eyewitness, "They spotted each other."
Garner was stunning in a black Atelier Versace dress with a sparkly top and one sleeve. But according to the source, "Ben didn't even come over to say hello!" Instead, the insider said, she stuck close to her former Alias costar Vincent Garber.
"Ben finally did sheepishly make his way over to Jennifer just before she left the party," the source said. "He gave her a hug, but she was super cold and left right afterward. They had ignored each other for almost two hours prior to that."
Garner dished on Christine Ouzounian, the nanny who had a fling with Affleck. "We had been separated for months before I ever heard about the nanny," Garner said. "She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation. Bad judgment? Yes." Affleck denied a relationship.
"I didn't marry the big fat movie star; I married him," she said about her husband. RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed he was spotted without his wedding ring the day before his wife's birthday in 2015, foreshadowing the divorce filing.
But Garner said she doesn't know about the full story about her husband's life: "He's still the only person who really knows the truth about things," she said. "And I'm still the only person that knows some of his truths."
