Aniston, 47, looked shaken as she checked into the luxury hotel after a construction worker died while working on a property adjacent to her Bel Air home.
According to a report by CBS Los Angeles, "firefighters were sent...at about 12:20 p.m. on a report of a significant medical emergency about 300 feet down a graded hillside."
As seen in the horrifying video, workers scrambled to help the victim.
Unfortunately, it was too late.
"The 56-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene," the report said. The name was withheld until family was notified of the tragedy.
Aniston may be still reeling from another death close to her inner circle. In 2015, the actress' 28-year-old honeymoon guest Carmel Musgrove died after a wild night celebrating the star's nuptials in Bora Bora. An investigation claimed her death was the result of overconsumption of alcohol, consumption of cocaine, fatigue, heat stroke, and a late-night swim.
