Dr. Michael Salzhauer aka "Dr. Miami" told Radar, "Jennifer is definitely looking bigger on top."

"It could be weight gain," Dr. Miami, who has also not treated Aniston, admitted, but said, "It's a breast augmentation until proven otherwise!"
