When Hollywood A-listers decide to go under the knife for either a full-body makeover or maybe just a couple of touch-ups, it's understandable, especially in a business that relies so much on youthful looks. Sometimes, however, celebrities go too far in trying to improve their bodies, especially with boob jobs.

Most recently, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak decided to have a breast reduction after her big boobs were causing her discomfort. Kim joins others who have rethought their increased breast size because of the issues they have caused. Some celebrities have had uneven results, like Tara Reid, while others, such as Pamela Anderson, knew they had disproportionately giant breasts and had them fixed. And they are those who had their implants removed because of serious health reasons, like Yolanda Hadid and Crystal Hefner.

1. KATIE PRICE

The British reality TV personality and mom of five reportedly has had several breast augmentation and reduction surgeries to the point of ridiculousness. She apparently likes her cup size to fluctuate, from gigantic to normal size—and, according to the Sun, is gearing up for her tenth boob job before she turns 40 later this month.

What she said about it: Price once said: “It's me being impulsive, I just went: "Oh go bigger then!" Maybe it’s the Gemini in me... my body is used to it, I have been bigger.”

2. TARA REID

The Sharknado star has been pretty vocal about her “botched” boob job in the past. Reid told UsWeekly in 2006, "I got my breasts done for the first time because my breasts were uneven. I was a 34-B, but the right one was always bigger than the left.” But the surgery left her with deformed nipples, among other things. She has since had them fixed, but the after effects are still lingering.

What she said about it: "If I had to do it again, I never would have done it in the first place.”

3. PAMELA ANDERSON

The former Baywatch star has fully admitted she had breast augmentation surgery. When asked about her one beauty regret in a 2016 interview with W magazine, the actress looked at her chest and laughed, “Not that we need to point it out.” Her longtime makeup artist, Alexis Vogel, piped up from the front seat: “Let’s just say that at some point, we all realize that less is more!” It still doesn't look like Anderson gave up too much of her ample cleavage.

What she said about it: Anderson, who is currently dating Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, underwent surgery to remove her implants in 1999. “It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time and I’m very happy with my decision.”

4. COCO AUSTIN

The reality TV star and wife of rapper/actor Ice T has a pretty voluptuous body. While she says most of her body is 100 percent authentic, including her big booty, Austin did admit on a Sirius XM radio show that she received her breast implants when she was just 18-years old—and apparently has not looked back.

What she said about it: Austin had some advice about getting butt and breast implants. “I mean, I hate to be a hypocrite... I believe you should go under the knife if you really want to. But, I believe that…like right now, we’re sitting on our booty. It’s not like you sit on your chest. Your chest is kind of out of the area, but you’re always using your legs and that part of your body. So I don’t think you should do anything with it because something might get whacked out of place. A boob can even get whacked out of place and I’m still careful with that so, that area, I would stay away from.”

5. KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN

While some of the Kardashians have admitted to a little work done here and there, Kourtney Kardashian said on Keeping Up with the Kardashians that she got breast implants at age 22—but later admitted she sort of wished she hadn't had it done.

What she said about it: “I had my boobs done but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before,” she told Showbiz Spy in 2011. “I’ve realized that I was made to look a certain way and I’m considering removing them.”

6. NICOLE “SNOOKI” POLIZZI

The pint-sized spitfire of Jersey Shore told her fans she got a boob job in 2016. She admitted she did it to feel sexy again for herself and her husband, Jionni LaValle, but they do seem a tad too big for her small frame.

What she said about it: Snooki doesn't care what you think, she loves them! In a YouTube video, she explained some of the ups and downs six-months after getting her breast enhanced, like how she can't sleep on her side anymore because she “feels pressure” or how she's a little worried what will happen if she gets pregnant again (she has two now with LaValle). But overall, she said, “Trust me, it's worth it and I don't regret anything.”

7. YOLANDA HADID

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been vocal about struggling with Lyme disease and becoming an activist to find a cure, along with pointing to a leaking breast implant as added concern for her health issues.

What she said about it: In a 2015 Instagram post, the mom of models Gigi and Bella Hadid, wrote, “We might have hit the jackpot by finding all this silicone from a 20-year-old implant rupture through ultrasound mapping as shown in this selfie. Thank you, Dr. Feng, for holding my hand and leading the way.”

8. FARRAH ABRAHAM

The Teen Mom OG star has been pretty open about all the work she has done, including a recent vaginal rejuvenation procedure, which she documented on video. As for her breasts, Abraham has had three surgeries, with the last one in 2015 to correct painful scar tissue from her second enhancement. But through it all, she's more than tripled her breast size, going from an A cup to a C, and now to a solid D. Bigger the better, right? Nope.

What she said about it: Abraham even thinks she's teaching her young daughter a lesson about improving your looks. The mom told Us, “You'll see that my daughter does value how I've done my look and invested in myself, and I feel like if plastic surgery is not harming her and making her look better, and keeping her healthy into her older years, I have no issues with that.”

9. MELISSA GILBERT

In a candid blog post in 2015, the actress opened up about the breast implants she got when she was younger because she always wanted to have bigger breasts. Then she wanted to have them removed. “I am concerned for my health...and I don’t like the way they look or feel,” she wrote.

What she said about it: Gilbert also quipped in her post, “Frankly, I’d like to be able to take a Zumba class without the fear that I’ll end up with two black eyes.”

10. LEANN RIMES

Although the singer has never confirmed it, she reportedly had breast implants put in 2011. At the time, a source told UsWeekly, "She recently got a boob job,” and even had them done by the same plastic surgeon used by her husband, Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville.

What she said about it: The insider added, “Rimes always, always been insecure about her size. She was a small A-cup. She often talked about wanting to get implants. She’d say, “I just want a little bit so they’re proportionate to my body.'" Unfortunately, they still look a little lopsided for her thin frame.

11. HEATHER MORRIS

The former Glee star did get a boob job, but it didn't last very long. “Implants were something I thought I wanted when I was younger, and now I don’t,” Morris told Fitness in 2011.

What she said about it: The dancer added, “It was hard being active with them, because my chest was always sore. It hurt a lot, and I didn’t like always being in pain, so they had to go!” That's a great reason to get rid of them.

12. TORI SPELLING

The actress and reality TV star said she got breast implants when she was in her 20s. In a 2011 interview with Good Morning America, she added, “If I had known it would or could possibly impact production of breast milk, I would never have had them done.” She had her implants removed in 2014, documenting it on her show True Tori.

What she said about it: The mother-of-five got candid about how her daughter took the news at the time. "Her world was just shattered," Spelling said to ET. "It hit me hard, and I felt so guilty. I thought, 'I can't believe it.' Why was I even talking about getting my breast implants removed in True Tori? I shouldn’t have been talking about that." No, probably not.

13. KENDRA WILKINSON

The former Playboy Playmate turned reality TV star opened up about her desire to remove her breast implants in 2015 after giving birth to her second child. “I’m going through a phase right now where I don’t fit my boobs anymore--I’m thinking about a reduction because that was a phase and now I am out of it,” she said in a report. “After my daughter was born, when I was breastfeeding, it became hard not to look at my boobs and not see them as milk and fat.”

What she said about it: Wilkinson added, “All men want to see is a body that pleases their eyes, especially in my case because I come from the Playboy world and they don't want to see my body doing something other than pleasing them. My body used to be to please men, but my body is for me now and it is to please me, now I feel like I have 100 percent control over who I am.” Good for you, Wilkinson!

14. AUBREY O'DAY

While the singer and reality TV personality has never spoken publicly about having any breast implants, her decolletage certainly looks like it has been enhanced, as in an insanely huge way.

What she said about it: Although there hasn't been any confirmation from O'Day herself, many have shown her transformation since she got her start as a member of the girl band Danity Kane—and it's quite substantial.

15. VICTORIA BECKHAM

The former Spice Girl and current fashion designer has admitted to having a breast augmentation. “I don’t have them anymore,” she told Allure in 2014. “I think I may have purchased them,” adding, “Or they got removed, one or the other.”

What she said about it: In a letter Beckham wrote to her younger self for British Vogue magazine last year, she did show some of her regret to getting breast implant. “I should probably say, don’t mess with your boobs,” she wrote. “All those years I denied it—stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got.” With her slim frame, Beckham doesn't need the fake boobs.

16. COURTNEY LOVE

The rocker has been candid about struggling with body issues. She admitted she had breast implants but eventually had them removed. “I had all the silicone taken out, along with my breast implants,” she told Elle in 2014. A more natural look definitely suits Love.

What she said about it: In fact, she reportedly kept the pair of breast implants as souvenirs, but one of her Pomeranians ate one and soon died. Poor puppy!

17. AUDRINA PATRIDGE

The Hills star has never admitted to having a boob job, but a source told Us in 2010 that Patridge did indeed go under the knife. The insider said, "she feels she has to be perfect to continue her career in TV and film,” and with larger breasts, "Audrina think she has a banging body.” Another friend added, "She's confident in her looks. I don't think she'll get more surgery."

What she said about it: Patridge explained later that it wasn't plastic surgery but it was a disorder: “I don't like to talk about that. Well, see I have this chest problem. My bone right here, it's higher on this side? It's pectoralis something. So I've always struggled with that. You could see they look different sizes all the time.” Okay, sure.

18. CRYSTAL HEFNER

The model and DJ, who was the late Hugh Hefner's third and last wife, underwent surgery in June to remove her breast implants. In a Facebook post, Hefner claimed her 8-year-old implants was “slowly poisoning her,” causing her to be sick, with aches, bladder pain, brain fog and fatigue. Yikes.

What she said about it: Hefner continued that after her implants were removed, she “instantly noticed my neck and shoulder pain was gone and I could breathe much better... I know I won’t feel 100 percent overnight. My implants took 8 years to make me this sick, so I know it will take time to feel better.”

19. HEIDI MONTAG

Reality TV personality Heidi Montag has been really open about all the plastic surgery she has done, including having 10 procedures done in one day in 2010. On her enormous breast enhancement, Montag did have them reduced slightly three years later, downsizing from size F breasts to size D.

What she said about it: “I would never do it again and I never recommend it for anyone...I kind of wanted a few enhancements and then it got out of hand,” The Hills star told Access Hollywood in 2012. “I wasn’t told really the repercussions and what would happen, emotionally and psychically and the pain I would be in. I was kind of in shock.” Well, that makes sense.

20. JANET JACKSON

The singer has never admitted to having a boob job, but the differences in breast sizes from when she was younger could mean she had work done. Her cleavage has looked at times cramped and misshapen.

What she said about it: In her 2011 book True You, Jackson wrote, “I’ve also never discussed the crazy rumors that have swirled around me--that, for example, I’ve had ribs removed and other extreme plastic surgery. It makes me angry to read those lies, but I’ve never bothered to reply...I’ve never gone into the hard work involved in getting myself—mind and spirit, heart and soul—into shape. I’ve waited for the right time, and have decided that that time is now.”

21. Kim Zolciak

The reality TV star decided to make a change with her breast size by going a cup smaller. Kim posted on Instagram a photo of herself in recovery, joking she is now “Part of the itty bitty titty committee.”

What she said about it: Kim said on her podcast, “I obviously have implants. I have the largest implants they actually make, but it doesn’t look that big on my body because of just the way I’m built... I already called Dr. Leonard Hochstein, who did my boobs and tummy a few years ago... I said, ‘You know, I feel like I should get my boobs reduced. They’re heavy, my posture is terrible, I’m getting older …. I was thinking of going from like a DD to like a C.”
