The fired MTV stars looked grim as they exited the North Carolina courthouse and got into their new $75,000 white SUV on Friday, May 24, leaving alone after another day fighting to regain custody.
It was a four-day ordeal of Jenelle trying to convince the judge that she and her controversial husband should regain custody of their children after he killed her pooch named Nugget.
The court could make a ruling this Tuesday after the Memorial Day weekend.
Jenelle has been posting Facebook of her son Kaiser, son Jace, (who has been under her mother Barbara's custody for years) and daughter Ensley amid all the trouble.
Jenelle and David got out of court early on Friday, according to The Ashley, but they'll have to wait until after the holiday weekend to see if they will be getting their kids Maryssa, Kaiser and Ensley back.
According to The Ashley's insider, Jenelle had been scheduled to visit her kids that day but she "indicated that she would not be able to make the visitation due to illness."

Mom Under Fire
Despite her custody scandal, Jenelle showed off Kaiser playing on the beach during happier times.
On Friday, Jenelle and David appeared in court trying to get their kids back after his scandalous dog killing.
Off The Air
In the wake of David killing Jenelle's dog, there was fallout. RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Jenelle was be fired from the show by MTV after the scandal. David had previously been axed from TM2 after controversial comments.
Jenelle looked devastated in the front seat of the car after leaving court on Friday, seeming to struggle hiding back tears under her sunglasses. Currently, Jace and Ensley are with Jenelle's mom, Barbara Evans, Kaiser is with his father and David's daughter Maryssa is with her maternal grandmother.
At court, David pulled the SUV that Jenelle purchased before she was fired from MTV into the middle of the parking lot and stopped while he texted on his phone. Jenelle was in the passenger seat next to him texting.
Haters have wondered for years why Jenelle stays with David. He left the court house looking upset, according to Radar's exclusive photos.
Friday was Jenelle and David's fourth day in front of the judge who they accused of being biased against them and favoring CPS. They didn't answer media questions.
Before losing their kids, Jenelle and David came under investigation by child protection officials in North Carolina after receiving a complaint that the children in the home could be in danger, as The Blast first reported.
The CPS department investigated the Easons and asked for all of their children to be removed from the home after David shot and killed her dog.
Radar broke the shocking news that David had shot and killed Jenelle's adorable French bulldog. He claimed he did so after the dog "snapped" at their girl Ensley, 2. However, critics who viewed David's video of the incident thought it looked like a harmless nip.
The Easons' youngest child Ensley was taken away and originally was staying with half-sister Maryssa's maternal grandmother, but she was moved into Barbara Evans' care, Radar confirmed.
Stiff Upper Lip
Jenelle was unemotional during the first three days of court, as an insider told Radar. "Jenelle never cried. She just seemed mad."
According to The Ashley, a source said Jenelle actually left the courtroom early on Friday, stating that she was not feeling well, and "looked tired, scared and worn out." For that reason, the website said, Jenelle didn't do the scheduled visitation with her kids.
Jenelle said because she was ill, "she would not be able to make the visitation" with her kids on Friday, and yet she's been posting photos of them for her fans to see.
