Although the two didn’t interact, the insider insisted, “There didn’t seem to be tension between them.”

“They’re not getting along,” another insider previously said. “It’s mostly him. David has been being moody.”
The second source added, “One day is amazing and one day is bad.”
The drama with Eason started when he was fired from Teen Mom 2 in 2018 after he went on a homophobic rant on social media. He has been banned from filming.
In October 2018, RadarOnline.com broke a 911 call where Evans accused Eason of domestic violence.
“My name is Jenelle Eason,” she said in the 911 call obtained from Columbus County Emergency Services. “My husband he just assaulted me. He pinned me down on the ground in the yard. I think I heard my collarbone crack. I can’t move my arm.”
She continued, “He got violent because he’s been drinking. I’m recovering from a surgery on Monday. I can’t breath. I have four kids in the house with me right now. They’re all sleeping. I don’t know what to do. He left the house. I don’t know what to do right now.”
Evans later denied the incident, claiming it was a drunken misunderstanding. She said on the show that she tripped and he fell on top of her during a fight.
Evans’ mom Barbara said of the situation on the show, “She doesn’t want to film anymore because every time she makes a commitment to film all of a sudden David starts a fight with her. She can’t film because if she films she gets in trouble when she gets home. I told her, ‘This is your job. You’ve been doing this for 10 years. It’s not his show it’s your show. He’s not working. What’re you going to do if you lose the show?’ She’s going to be homeless.”
She added, “I think he’s hurting her. I can see it’s domestic violence things. He’s keeping her like a prisoner. She can’t even leave the house. I think in your mind when you’re a victim of domestic violence you want to leave, but sometimes it takes a long time before she leaves. Maybe if she loses everything she can walk away from him.”
On the most recent episode, Evans announced this is her final season because Eason's firing has been affecting her marriage.
