Jamie Foxx, 50, was in full-on party mode at Byron Allen's Oscars after-party this Sunday.
The comedian was pictured surrounded by a crowd of screaming women while at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Foxx has secretly been dating Holmes, 39, for a few years now, ever since she split from controversial hubby Tom Cruise.
The two have since been spotted out in public various times – always looking smitten and in love.

A source previously told RadarOnline.com, however, that Foxx and Holmes actually have a very “open relationship” and don’t see themselves as a couple, in the traditional sense.
“The fact is, Jamie’s never going to be a one-woman guy and as much as he digs her, Katie’s not marriage material in his eyes,” said a source. “He wants to keep seeing her and hanging out, but there are other women in his life he’s not prepared to give up.”
“Jamie has even encouraged Katie to start seeing other guys if she wants to!” added the insider at the time.
While the two were all smiles during Valentine’s Day, and during Jamie Foxx’s birthday celebration this past January, it seems like the funnyman could be ready to move on!
While Foxx partied hard at a post-Oscars bash in Los Angeles, Katie Holmes was pictured spending time with daughter Suri Cruise all the way in New York City!
