Cruise is undoubtedly smitten with the luxury playhouse on Foxx's property.
As RadarOnline.com's exclusive aerial images of the 40-acre property show, just outside Foxx's back door is a tiny replica home for Cruise, 10, and Foxx's six-year-old daughter Annalise Bishop, to play in to their heart's content.
The little girls even have a tiny pink convertible parked in the attached garage, and LA.'s skyrocketing summer temperatures won't even bother the two — a source says the little home is air-conditioned!
Holmes, 37, who lives with her daughter in nearby Calabasas in a much plainer abode, is believed to spend most of her time at Foxx's house when she's not out of town on film sets.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the couple has been getting cozy with each other for a while now.
It's no surprise Holmes prefers Foxx's Mediterranean villa, which he bought for $10.5 million back in 2007. The mansion has 10 bathrooms, an Olympic-sized pool, a hot tub, and a tennis court if the couple is feeling competitive.
But even surrounded by women, Foxx has plenty of space to hang with the boys.
With friends like NBA stars Stephen Curry and LeBron James, Foxx makes the most of his extremely brightly colored, full-sized basketball court at the back of the property, which is branded by athletic label UnderArmour.

Holmes' property is quite impressive in its own right, but it pales in comparison to Foxx's place.

Not long after her divorce from Tom Cruise, Holmes left her New York apartment in favor of her $3.8 million, six-bedroom L.A. home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a gated community.
Like Foxx's estate, Holmes' home has a basketball facility, though she makes do with a half-court setup.
Holmes also has a pool and, as shown in our aerial shots, it comes with a blow-up slide for her daughter to play on.
Even though the mother and daughter have a great home of their own, it's little wonder they enjoy spending their time at Foxx's manse!
