Cosby was cuffed after his sentencing hearing in Pennsylvania on Tuesday and taken the Montgomery County Correctional Facility before being transferred to SCI Phoenix for his classification.
RadarOnline.com learned the facility is no happy place. A mysterious death occurred at the institution just weeks ago after a man was found dead in his cell at SCI Phoenix. John Toland, 45, was found hanging in his cell at 6:20 a.m. on Sunday morning, Sept. 9, the Department of Corrections announced. Toland was serving a 10 to 20 year sentence for burglary in Philadelphia.
As seen in this photo, Cosby will lay his head to rest at night on a cold, hard cot in a space with hardly any room to move.
Although the institution has been deemed the most modern and expensive facility of Pennsylvania Department of Corrections since its $400 million revamp, inmates reported a raft of complaints about the conditions in the new prison, including loss, vandalism, or destruction of their personal property.
Several inmates also claimed "hate crimes" are an often occurrence within the prison walls.
As readers know, Cosby was immediately thrown in county jail without bail after his sentencing hearing.
Cosby was ruled a “sexually violent predator” in court on Tuesday and he must register with the Pennsylvania State Police fro the rest of his lifetime. He was also fined $25,000, persecution and court costs, and forbidden from contacting Constand or her family.
He was placed at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility before being transferred to SCI Phoenix for his classification. Cosby will then likely spend the remaining of his sentence at Laurel Highlands. We pay for juicy info! Do you have a story for RadarOnline.com?
