FAKE: Angelina Jolie recently revealed she’d had a proactive double mastectomy to avoid the risk of breast cancer and that the surgery includedimplants to reconstruct her breasts. The results were “beautiful,” she said.

FAKE: Tara Reid has admitted she got a boob job because she felt her breasts were uneven, however the operation was botched and Tara infamously revealed one of her weird-looking breasts to the world on a 2007 red carpet. The actress shuddered that boyfriends asked her, “What’s wrong with them?” She had the faulty boobs replaced with smaller ones.

FAKE: Courtney Love got implants—but later had them removed and took them home as a souvenir – and The New York Post reported in 2002 that her beloved pet Pomeranian ate one of the implants and died!

FAKE: Tori Spelling can’t deny her fake boobs! The 90210 alum admitted, “I got my boobs done in my early 20s.” The actress, now a mom of four, regrets the operation as it left her with crooked cleavage and she learned it could have hurt milk production.

FAKE: Roseanne Barr didn’t get a boob job, but had a breast reduction in 1991, going from a 40DD to 38C.

FAKE?: American Idol alum Kellie Pickler hasn’t confirmed boob job rumors, but admits about all the speculation, “It doesn’t bother me a bit.”

FAKE?: Kate Hudson appeared to be filling out her gowns better and a source told US Weekly she had breast augmentation because “her chest has always been one of her biggest insecurities,” though she has never copped to going under the knife.

REAL: In 2009, Paris Hilton star claimed she’d never have a boob job. “I like looking natural and flat-chested,” she said. Paris admitted she used to wear a padded bra but now, “I like myself the way I am.”

REAL: Most people in Hollywood believe that Jennifer Love Hewitt has some of the breast assets in town – and that they are totally real. She laughed about insuring her boobs for $5 million, then said the reporter coerced herinto the bizarre comment.
