Duff admitted that she struggled to connect with her body after giving birth to Luca. But it appears to be different this time around! In an April 2018 interview with Woman’s Health, she revealed, “Sure, I want to look good in my jeans, and I want to feel and look good. But I don't need to be a super-skinny person. I'm normal, and I have a good relationship with food and indulging myself while being healthy and giving my body what it needs."
Back in 2014, Duff admitted to struggling with her weight when she was a teenager. "When I was 17, I weighed, like, 98 pounds," she told Health. "I was totally obsessed with everything I put in my mouth. I was way too skinny. My body wasn't that healthy—my hands would cramp up a lot because I wasn't getting the nutrition I needed. That constant pressure of wanting something different than I had? I regret that."
