Meet The Mystery Man Helping Hilary Duff Forget Her Ex's Rape Probe

Hilary Duff is leaning on another man while her ex faces sexual battery charges – and it isn’t boyfriend Matt Koma! The actress was caught on camera hugging a mystery man in New York City on March 29.
Duff, 29, was spotted getting cozy with a mystery man at the Crosby Hotel Bar.
The songstress rocked a brown jacket and jeans while meeting up with the man.
The get-together could be concerning for her boyfriend Matt Koma. The two have been dating since January and were most recently spotted together on vacation in Costa Rica last month.
Duff seemed carefree considering her ex-husband Mike Comrie is currently being investigated for sexual battery.
According to reports, a woman claimed to have met Comrie at a bar on February 11 before going to his condo in West Los Angeles. She claims the former hockey player raped her several times. She allegedly went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after the incident, where a rape kit was administered. Comrie submitted DNA to a lab earlier this month.

Despite the drama, Duff has remained civil with Comrie, as she recently posted a Snapchat video of him playing in-door hockey with their son Luca, 5.
