Former HGTV star Christopher Dionne is selling the Connecticut home where he allegedly molested a little girl, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. Dionne, who once appeared on a pilot episode of HGTV’s Family Flip, turned himself into police in January and was arrested on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the alleged sexual assault occurred when a 10-year-old girl was staying in Dionne’s house along with his two kids for a sleepover. The married reality star reportedly went over to her and asked if she wanted to touch and kiss his penis in addition to other shocking claims. The residence, pictured here, is a white single-family home Christopher shared with his wife, Summer-Sage Dionne and their two kids. The asking price is $489,900, according to Trulia.com.
According to the Trulia ad, the three-bedroom family home was originally listed at $524,900 a month. Dionne was reportedly living on the East Coast while his twin brother, Michael, who also appeared on Family Flip, resides in California. The two were filming an A&E show when Dionne was accused of the crimes. A&E put out a statement earlier this year announcing the network has put the show on hold.
Trulia describes the living space as a “brilliant three-bedroom L shaped Cape.” The home is approximately 2,500 square feet and was built in 1940. According to the report, the victim informed the complainant, who filed the complaint against Dionne, that the former reality TV star “was sleeping on a couch in the living room” before the alleged assault. Could this be the couch where the alleged molestation took place?
Then, the report continues, that the victim “woke up in the middle of the night to Christopher Dionne touching her buttocks under her clothing.”
The victim claimed that Dionne’s daughter, who was 10 at the time, and his son, 14, were also sleeping in the same room on “another couch.” Here is an aerial shot of the living room showing both couches, and unique wooden beams inside the rustic home.
The victim further complained that Dionne allegedly “touched her chest under her clothing and took pictures of her while he was holding her shirt up,” the report states.
The home has another sprawling couch in another area of the home, seen here. Dionne allegedly would “leave the room and then come back and start again,” the victim informed the complainant.
The alleged assault lasted a total of “a couple of hours,” the report states. Shown here is a bright pink children’s bedroom, completely with a giant teddy bear on the bed.
A source exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com earlier this year that Michael Dionne is still interested in completing the A&E show without him.
After the shocking allegations, Dionne’s wife, a published writer, posted an uplifting quote to her Instagram account. “You are strong enough to face it all, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now,” the post said.
Last month, Dionne appeared in court and plead not guilty the charges. What do you think of the shocking allegations against Dionne? We pay for juicy info! Do you have a story for RadarOnline.com? Email us at tips@radaronline.com, or call us at (866) ON-RADAR (667-2327) any time, day or night.
